These terms apply to semhack.com, the free tools and the Semhack service, operated by Semhack. By using them, you agree to these terms.
Free tools
The free tools are provided as-is for checking websites. Only check sites you own or have a legitimate reason to review. Don't use the tools to overload a website, get around our rate limits, or automate requests at scale. We may block access that looks abusive.
Accounts and beta access
The service is in private beta. Features may change, and we may pause or end beta access. You are responsible for your account credentials and for making sure you are authorized to connect the Search Console properties you add.
Your data
You keep all rights to your data. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Recommendations
Semhack shows data from your connected sources and suggests actions. Search rankings depend on many factors outside our control, so we don't guarantee any ranking, traffic or revenue result. Review recommendations before you act on them.
Paid plans
When paid plans launch, prices, billing periods and refund terms will be shown before you subscribe. Payments are processed by our reseller and merchant of record, whose terms also apply to the purchase.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Semhack is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
