What counts as a website?
Each domain you audit or connect from Search Console, counted once. www and the bare domain are the same website, and the demo client doesn’t count.
What counts as an audit?
Each page audit you start, including “Run again”. The count resets on the 1st of every month (UTC). Your billing page shows how many you’ve used.
What happens when I hit a limit?
Nothing breaks and nothing is deleted. Semhack tells you which limit you reached and won’t start the next audit or add the next client until you upgrade, remove something, or the month resets.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrades apply right away and Stripe charges only the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
How does yearly billing work?
You pay for ten months and get twelve. Yearly plans renew once a year; you can switch between monthly and yearly from the billing page.
How do payments and invoices work?
Checkout and the billing portal are run by Stripe, so your card details never touch Semhack. Every payment comes with an invoice you can download, and you can add a tax ID for your business.
Is tax included?
Prices are shown without tax. Where tax applies, it’s added at checkout before you pay.
Do you have discount codes?
Sometimes, for launches and partners. If you have one, enter it on the Stripe checkout page.
