Team and collaboration

One workspace for the whole team, and every action in it.

Invite the people who work on your clients’ sites, give each a role, and keep the conversation next to the action it’s about: who owns it, when it’s due, and what happened so far.

Team

Invitations and roles, set in Settings → Team.

  • Invite by email

Owners and admins invite people by email. The link works for 7 days and only for the address it was sent to; new people create their account from it.

  • Three roles

Owners manage everything, including roles. Admins invite members and manage settings, branding, client emails, API keys and AI drafts. Members work on clients and actions.

  • Always an owner

Only owners change roles, nobody can remove themselves (they leave instead), and a workspace always keeps at least one owner.

  • Seats by plan

Each plan includes a number of seats, and pending invitations count toward them. The numbers are on the pricing page.

  • More than one workspace

Someone invited to several workspaces can switch between them from the app.

  • Resend or revoke

Pending invitations can be sent again or revoked, and the team page shows each one’s link so you can pass it on yourself.

On every action

Comments, @mentions and a history you can read.

Every action on This week (a Search Console drop, a failing check, a near miss) has its own thread. Mentions arrive in the notification bell and, if the person wants alert emails, by email.
  • Comments with simple formatting (up to 4,000 characters), which their authors can edit or delete
  • @mention a teammate by name: only members of the workspace can be mentioned, and only they are told
  • Due dates and a priority: low, normal, high, urgent
  • Every change to the status, owner, due date or priority is kept, with who made it and when

  1. Ana Kim set the due date to Nov 12 and the priority to High.

The noindex came in with Friday’s template change. @Jon can you check the staging config?

  3. Jon Moss moved it to In progress.

Board and My tasks

See everyone’s work, or just yours.

This week shows what matters most right now. The board keeps every open action reachable, so nothing assigned three weeks ago gets lost. On Monday mornings each member gets one reminder about their overdue actions.
  • To do, In progress and Done columns across every client
  • Drag a card, or use its “Move to” menu from the keyboard, a screen reader or a phone
  • Filter by client, by owner or to what’s due soon
  • My tasks groups your own actions by when they’re due: overdue, this week, later, no date

Honest limits

What it doesn’t do

  • Roles apply to the whole workspace. There are no per-client permissions, and clients don’t get accounts: they see what you share with them by link or email.
  • Comments live on actions. There’s no chat, no file attachments and no live co-editing.
  • Mentions and overdue reminders go to the app and to email. They aren’t sent to Slack or webhooks.
  • Shortcuts are single keys and never fire while you’re typing in a field.

Bring the team into one list.

Start free, then invite teammates when your plan has the seats.
