Client reports

Show clients the work, in a page they’ll actually read.

Clients don’t open dashboards. Every Monday Semhack drafts a short brief per client; you edit it and share a private link. Audit reports get branded links too, a scheduled email can deliver both, and for the detail you can export or print.

Weekly briefs

A Monday brief per client, under your agency’s name.

Each brief starts from the client’s own numbers and the actions you added to it. Rewrite anything before it goes out: the draft is yours, and nothing reaches a client until you share it.
  • Drafted every Monday morning for every client with Search Console data
  • What changed, what you’re doing and what got done, with this week’s clicks, impressions, CTR and position
  • Footnotes that cite the exact Search Console date ranges
  • Your agency’s name and logo from Settings at the top

SEO brief for Fernhill Coffee

Week 44

Oct 26 – Nov 1, 2026

Cold brew lost clicks. Here is our plan.

Clicks
10,161
↓ 12% vs the previous 28 days
Impressions
394.1K
↓ 1% vs the previous 28 days
CTR
2.6%
↓ 0.3 pts vs the previous 28 days
Avg. position
6.8
↓ 0.1 vs the previous 28 days

Google search, last 28 days compared with the 28 days before.1

What changed

  • Clicks to the cold brew page fell 41% while it kept its place near the top of Google.1
  • That one page explains the 12% dip in clicks across the site. Impressions held steady, so people still see the listing; fewer of them click it.1

What we’re doing

  • Rewriting the page’s search title and description around what people ask first. Live by Thursday.
  • Adding a brew-ratio table so the page answers the top questions directly.

Done recently

  • New search titles on six product pages.
  • Merged two overlapping brewing guides into one page.

1Google Search Console, Sep 30 – Oct 27 vs Sep 2 – Sep 29. Web search, all countries.

Prepared with Semhack

Sharing

A private link, on your terms.

  • Unguessable links

Each shared brief gets its own random link. Only people with the link can open it, and it’s kept out of search engines.

  • Turn it off any time

Stop sharing and the link stops working straight away. Share again later and the client gets a new link.

  • Your brand first

The brief leads with your agency’s name and logo, in your color. A small “Prepared with Semhack” line sits at the bottom unless your plan includes white-label.

White-label branding

Your name, logo and color on everything clients see.

  • Logo and color

Upload a PNG, JPEG or SVG logo (up to 300 KB) and pick a brand color. If the color is too light to read as text, Semhack darkens it where it’s used for text, so it stays readable.

  • Footer and contact

Add a footer line, a contact email and your website. The footer appears on shared briefs, shared audit reports and client emails; the contact details on shared audit reports and client emails, where replies go to your contact email.

  • Hide Semhack’s name

Plans with white-label can remove the small “Prepared with Semhack” line. Which plans include it is on the pricing page.

Scheduled client emails

A report in the client’s inbox, on a schedule.

  • Weekly or monthly

Pick a client or audited website, the day and the hour (in UTC), and up to 10 recipients. Preview it or send yourself a test first.

  • What it contains

Any mix of the latest audit (score, change and top issues, with a link to the shared report), Search Console clicks, impressions and position against the period before, and, for Search Console clients, this week’s brief. Plus a note from you.

  • Easy to stop

Every email has an unsubscribe link that works for that recipient only, and you can pause or delete a schedule at any time.

  • On plans with white-label

Scheduled client emails come with the plans that include white-label (see pricing), up to 300 recipients a day per workspace.

Exports

Take the data anywhere.

  • Audit overview CSV

One row per website with its latest audit: the URL, score, and passed, warning and failed checks, ready for a spreadsheet.

  • Site audit CSVs

Every issue with its affected URLs and the pages linking to them, and every crawled page with its status, depth, title, description, score and failing checks.

  • Print or save as PDF

Page audit and site audit reports print cleanly: failing and warning checks open, passing ones folded, on A4.

Optional

AI drafts, only if you want them.

When Semhack has its AI provider set up, a workspace admin can switch on AI drafts, written with Anthropic’s Claude: step-by-step fix suggestions for a failing check, title and description rewrites, and a summary for a client brief.

  • Off by default. Nothing is sent to an AI provider until an admin turns it on.
  • Built only from your own audit results, Search Console figures and brief text.
  • A monthly budget the admin sets, so costs can’t run away.
  • Drafts are suggestions: nothing is applied to a site or sent to a client automatically.

See the security page for what is sent to the AI provider when the feature is on.

Honest limits

What it doesn’t do

  • Briefs cover Google search data from Search Console. They don’t pull in analytics, ads or rankings from other tools.
  • Audit report links are for page audits. Site audits (whole-site crawls) are shared as CSV exports or a printed report.
  • Client emails use one simple layout in your colors. There’s no email designer, and they’re sent from Semhack’s address, not your own domain (replies go to your contact email).
  • Logos in emails must be PNG or JPEG: most email apps don’t show SVG, so an SVG logo is left out of emails.
  • Which plans include white-label, briefs and share links is on the pricing page.
