Measures how long the HTML took to arrive from Semhack’s server, redirects included. Images, scripts and rendering aren’t part of this number.

How the result is decided
- Pass1.5 seconds or less.
- WarningUp to 3 seconds.
- FailMore than 3 seconds.
Why it matters
Nothing on the page can start until the HTML arrives, so a slow server response delays everything else.
How to fix it
One measurement can be unlucky, so run the audit again before acting. If it stays slow: cache pages (or put a CDN in front), remove redirect hops, and look for slow database queries or plugins.
After the fix, open the page’s report and choose Run again to confirm it passes.
