- Pass20 style attributes or fewer and 5 style blocks or fewer.
- WarningMore than 20 style attributes or more than 5 style blocks.
Why it matters
Inline styles can’t be cached between pages, make the HTML bigger and are harder to maintain.
How to fix it
Move repeated styles into a stylesheet and use classes. Small critical CSS inlined in one block is fine.
After the fix, open the page’s report and choose Run again to confirm it passes.
