Sharing reports with clients
Private links for client briefs, printable audit reports and CSV exports.
Share a brief
- Open the brief on Briefs and choose Create share link.
- Copy the link and send it to your client. They can read the brief without an account.
- Choose Turn off link to stop it working. Creating a link again makes a new address; the old one stays dead.
Share links are long random addresses that can’t be guessed, and pages behind them aren’t indexed by search engines. Anyone who has the link can read that brief, so share it like you would a document.
Audit reports
- On any finished audit, Print or save as PDF gives a clean printable version without the app’s navigation.
- On Reports, the CSV export lists every website with its latest audit, for spreadsheets.
- Site audits export their pages and issues as CSV.
